Observation Walk

On Friday we took an Observation Walk around Claymont.  We wore our LOOKERS to help us focus on using our sense of sight.  Check out these good looking scientists! :)

Curriculum Night!

Reading and Writing

We are getting in the swing of Writer's Workshop.  We have discussed all of the types of things that writers make.  We took a walk around the school and were amazed by all of the books, lists, posters, cards, and signs that we saw!  We will spend the next few weeks creating some of this "stuff" in our classroom.  Be sure to check the blog for pictures!

 

 

Busy Day!

Today we had a surprise visitor...Mr. Wills!  He read a story to the class.  We loved how he changed his voice to sound like the characters!  We have also spent a lot of time getting to know each other as we play during center time!
