Writing Celebration!

Today we had our first writing celebration!  I am SOOO proud of all of the kids' hard work!  Please check their folders this weekend as they brought the books home!  More pictures are coming soon!! (Sorry for the sideways photo!  I can't seem to turn it around!)

Pumpkin Patch!

We had a BEAUTIFUL and fun day at the Pumpkin Patch!  Unfortunately the rain that STL received this summer caused problems for the pumpkin crop.  We did not get to observe pumpkins in the field, but we still had a blast!  When we returned to school, the fun continued as we celebrated with our birthday boy, Tyler!  Thanks to all of the parents that volunteered with us today!!

 

Pumpkin Patch Reminder!

We'll head to the Pumpkin Patch at 9:30 tomorrow.  Please remember to send a LABELED sack lunch and a drink!  Dress for the weather as it can be dusty or muddy.  It looks like we are going to have a beautiful day!!

Fun and Fitness Day

3rd Grade Buddies

On Late Start days we meet with our 3rd Grade Buddies!  Today our buddies read books to us, and we created bookmarks for each other.

The children had a great visit with the Metro West Fire Department!
